We know the process because we've been through it ourselves - sifting through dozens of emails from the seller, the purchaser, the seller's existing lender and the purchaser's new lender, and each of their attorneys, as well as the title company, all in an effort to arrive at the final version of a settlement statement. We also know that this involves wasted energy and aggravation - most of these numbers were known well in advance of the closing and most if not all of the entries on the closing statement could have been finalized much earlier. Knowing the different parts of the closing and the different parties involved, we've decided to make it easier for everyone by simplifying the process. Now time and energy on the closing date can be focused on resolving any open issues so you can close earlier and easier.
